Queen City is the nickname of our city, Plainfield — where we live, roast, and serve exceptional, freshly roasted coffees from the world’s best coffee producers.

We’re based in the heart of NJ and believe in trailblazing the revival of our once-iconic city, by fusing specialty coffee and compelling art in an authentic experience.

What started as a passion project grew into two café locations, a 10,000 square foot roastery, and a wholesale platform serving 35+ restaurants, hotels, and offices across New Jersey. Every step of the way, we’ve stayed rooted in this community.

Direct relationships with producers across Central and South America, East Africa, and Southeast Asia. Every lot is cupped and evaluated before we commit. Single origins for those who want terroir. Blends for those who want consistency.

Small-batch roasting on a schedule that matches demand — not the other way around. Every profile is developed to highlight the bean’s character. Light and medium roasts for our cafés. Custom profiles for wholesale partners who want something unique.

Fulfillment

Same-day roast, next-day ship for wholesale partners. Our 10,000 sq ft facility in Plainfield handles everything from roasting to packaging to logistics. Wholesale orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of roasting.
