We're proud to offer a very special and limited coffee from one of our favorite coffee producers, Juan Peña of Hacienda La Papaya in Loja, Ecuador. This coffee has gone through a special fermentation process known as Carbonic Maceration and the result is absolutely spectacular. The sweetness reminds us of tropical fruits like papaya, mango, and even a hint of pineapple.
